Rules & Regulations

This offer is open to all businesses including sole traders, professional bloggers, clubs etc. located in Ghana.
More complex and expensive web development builds such as e-commerce sites, estate agent boards, etc, are not included.
The only costs not included are any third party costs that the project may need, such as hosting, domain, email, photo shoots etc.
AYASOFT reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside AYASOFT's reasonable control.
AYASOFT reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules.
If the winner does not respond within three days from the winning announcement or any entrant is disqualified, another winner will be drawn in their place.
The winner must be 18 years of age and a citizen of Ghana.
The winner is solely responsible for purchasing their own domain & hosting (we may assist free of charge).
The winner will have their website featured on our homepage as well as our social networking profiles.
The winner is responsible for any website text, images, video or other content desired on the website.
The winner will be required to sign our standard contract which outlines our website design process.
The winner agrees to write a review of their experience with AYASOFT.
Essentially we will treat the winner and project with the same high standards as our paying customers.
Domain name registration and website / email hosting is not included.
No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash.
